CEAP has limited funds available at our Brooklyn Park and Blaine locations for temporary emergency financial assistance such as:

  • Rent
  • Mortgage
  • Utilities
  • Special Needs

  • Eligibilty:

    • You must first apply for Emergency Assistance through your county of residence
      (see Resources)
    • You must call CEAP and be pre-screened before being seen
    • Not all who apply will be eligible





    Procedure:

    • If you live in CEAP's Hennepin County service area (which includes Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, and East Champlin) call our Brooklyn Park office at 763-566-9600.
    • If you live in Anoka County, Mounds View or New Brighton call our Blaine office at 763-783-4930.
