It's that time again to start thinking about donating school supplies for CEAP's 2009 Back to School Program. Call Annetta at 763-566-9600 for donation questions. Here is a list of supplies needed for the Fall 2009 school year.
Volunteering for CEAP's 2009 Back to School Program August 15-23, we will need volunteers to donate time at booths in Brookdale Center, the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, & Northtown Mall. Volunteer August 17-21 to sort and organize donations, then fill backpacks for CEAP to distribute to families. Contact Tammy 763-450-3679, or email tammy.quady@ceap.com to volunteer your time.
Individuals, Businesses, Congregations and Organizations can adopt children from a list provided at both CEAP locations. Larger group adoptions contact Annetta at 763-566-9600.
CEAP's Back to School Program serves children in need in all of Anoka County, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, and East Champlin. In 2008 through the generosity of the community 1347 children received school supplies through the Brookdale Center and The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, and 1,566 through Northtown Mall for a total of 2,903.
