Individuals, Businesses, Congregations and Organizations can adopt children from a list provided at both CEAP locations. Larger group adoptions contact Annetta at 763-566-9600.
CEAP's Caring Tree Back to School Program serves children in need in all of Anoka County, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, and East Champlin. In 2008 through the generosity of the community 1347 children received school supplies through the Brookdale Center and The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, and 1,566 through Northtown Mall for a total of 2,903. CEAP's Anoka County Caring Tree Program is the largest in Minnesota. Support from the community is essential to the success of this program.
